Summerland is located in Upland, CA and is a Connect Senior Services Community. We are right in the heart of Southern California, in the Inland Empire: San Bernardino County near Rancho Cucamonga, Claremont, and Montclair.  We believe in the power of connection, joy, and faith to transform lives. Summerland is home to 17 one bedroom senior apartments. We offer competitively priced apartments for anyone 55 years or older. Additionally, we have a host of free and low cost amenities, which provide comfort and care for our residents.
